By signing up on Our Website You agree to receive on occasions any newsletter, alerts, notification and other correspondence from Us or Our agents. The Website is committed to protect the security of your PII and uses reasonable efforts and security measures, including, a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect such PII from any unauthorized access, use or disclosure. However, the Website shall not be liable for retaining any PII beyond a period of two (2) months from the deactivation of a User’s account or submission of financial requirement as a guest user on the Website, at its sole discretion, for any reasons whatsoever.

Notwithstanding anything provided in this Policy, Pennant does not guarantee that the Users’ PII will be absolutely protected at all times. Website’s systems and the communications networks through which Users access the Website may be subject to security breaches and failures due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Pennant. These may include computer “hacking”, data theft or and physical theft among others. In such situations, Pennant will try to rectify the problems at the earliest feasible time. The Users hereby acknowledge and understand that all PII provided to or through the Website is with their cognizance and informed consent and solely at their own risk.


In the process of providing Service to its Users, Website may transfer PI that it collects to affiliated entities or other third parties across borders in order to upkeep and maintain the Services of the Website. The User hereby consents to such transfer of their PI across countries or jurisdictions which shall abide by the rules governing such International data transfers.


The Use of the Website and the Services are exclusively governed by the laws of India and the jurisdiction of the courts shall be at Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Website expressly disclaims any implied warranties or liabilities imputed by the laws of any other jurisdiction.


Pennant may, in its sole discretion, amend or revise this Policy from time to time with or without any notification. Changes or revisions in the Policy that may be made henceforth shall be published and notified accordingly. You may access, correct and update any PII or Your financial requirements and preferences that you submit to the Website. You may unsubscribe from mailing lists or any registrations on the Website in which event you cannot access information, documents, Services which are categorized to be used by registered users only. In such a situation, any PII received from You or on Your behalf, shall be stored and retained on the server of Pennant for a maximum period of sixty (60) days only from the date of deactivation of your account on the Website and thereafter be permanently removed or destroyed without any notification and the User shall not be able to access or demand the same after such removal or destruction by Us. Further, We, in Our sole discretion may debar You from registering on the Website or from accessing any section of the Website. In the event you opt to delete, update or correct the PII, you can do so by following the instructions provided for this purpose on the Website or contact Us at the address provided on the Website.
